→ “이민자들이 이미 범죄율이 낮은 지역에 살았고, 더 안전한 동네는 비싸서 살 수 없었다”…???

❌ 말이 안 돼.
→ 이 문장 앞에서는 사람들이 이민자가 범죄율을 높인다고 오해했다고 했고,
→ 진짜 사실은 그들이 이미 범죄율이 높은 지역에 살아야 했다는 걸 설명해야 자연스러워.

그래서 “low”는 문맥상 어울리지 않고,
